Sweet version of a herring. The combination of our own production mayonnaise, celery, onions, walnuts, pineapple, raisins and spices along with marinated herring resulted once again with something deliciously unique.

Cranberry Herring

A sweeter version of Hunter’s herring, where boletus and hot spices are replaced with aromatic cranberry. Its natural sweetness is partly extracted already at the frying stage, where it mixes with onions and gives it its characteristic taste and colour.

Premium Herring cranberry
